I have collected a list of what I call Danish treasures, - The Danish sights and attractions - things to see during your visit in Denmark, so you can plan your stay and get as much of Denmark back with you in your heart and maybe in your camera, too.
Like a million of other people every year, you might want to have your picture taken infront of The little Mermaid, have a wonderful and romantic evening at the Tivoli in Copenhagen, experience a "real" Valhalla dinner, or just watch the sun set over the western sea. On these next pages you can plan what you want to see and even learn a little about them before you go.
This site is young and content is added on a daily basis, so if you didn't find what you were looking for please bookmark this site and come back again in a few days
Wild Life
Want to "go wild" for a day or two?
Take a look at this list showing some very interesting places to go to be real close to animals from all over the world.
Sometimes the free or in-expensive experiences are the best.
The nature of Denmark lends itself to a lot of outdoors activities - like walks, hikes or camping, or what about a great day at the beach on one of our many wonderful beaches or a romantic walk through the woods?

The Vikings
In a number of different ways you can explore the history of the vikings in Denmark. How about taking part in a "real" viking feast, discover the wonders of their magnificent boat building abilities, - maybe even take a viking ship trip!? You can also watch one of the many viking plays or take a trip to one of the museums.
Of all the monuments in denmark, The Little Mermaid has to be the most famous. To Denmark she is what the Eifel Tower is to France and Th Statue of Liberty is to the US
