Famous Danes

On these pages you will find several famous Danes. Maybe you will recognize a few of them. As stated several times before Denmark is a very small country, but somehow we DO have a certain talent for making ourself famous in a lot of different ways. Good as well as not so good ways! I believe it has to do with the general Danish mentality. We don't think of ourselves as "small people" in any way. We probably still have a little Viking-blood running through our venes. Today we are known to be proud and friendly people. Quite a few Danes have become famous through history and on this page you will find some of them.
