My Danish parents came to Canada in 1951 with 4 children. They then had 3 more. When I look at it, I'm sure it was a hard life. I am travelling to Denmark with my 3 sisters this June(2008) for the first time. I understand Danish but do not speak it well. With lots of family in many parts of Denmark that will change & I am looking forward to this visit. I know I will finally be AT HOME.
